Key Responsibilities

  • Align with S&A Sales and Services to harness and seal service opportunities.
  • Cultivate an intricate understanding of potential clients’ businesses, operations, and industry trajectories.
  • Grasp the strategic goals of clients, conceptualising service propositions and solutions accordingly.
  • Boost service revenue by proposing solutions beneficial for the business across client management tiers.
  • Engage in Business Assessments as deemed necessary.
  • Scouting for service opportunities might be on the horizon.

Qualifications

  • A robust 8+ years in a professional services capacity, comprising 5 years in Kronos Workforce Central and a 3-year stint with Kronos Workforce Dimensions. A flair for solution design and Advanced Scheduling configuration is a must.
  • A broad understanding of labour management, HCM, scheduling, leave management, or related domain systems is highly favoured.
  • Proven experience with client pitches, RFP responses, SOW crafting, project estimation, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficient in software implementation methodologies, including project requirement definition, project management, and planning.
  • Ability to nurture and sustain productive working ties with the Services and Sales divisions.
  • Commanding presentation abilities, clearly conveying the service value proposition.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or Information Technology (or a related field) is desired, though equivalent experience is equally valued.
  • Candidates based in the UK/EU are preferred.
