Simms & Associates furthers global expansion with launch into North America
Madrid, Spain, March 2023 — Simms and Associates (S&A), today officially announces its recent launch into North America as a leading provider of workforce management (WFM) consulting services.
The launch represents S&A’s unwavering dedication to providing implementation support for large multinationals. S&A serves multiple industries, but its focus on workforce forecasting and optimized scheduling makes the company highly specialized for retail. S&A’s entry into the North American market supports its growth strategy of becoming the leading retail-focused, international WFM partner. S&A first established a presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by growing a team of over 50 employees across product development, professional services, change management, partnerships, training, and sales.

S&A continues its ‘remote first’ approach to their global expansion, establishing a fully remote team in the U.S., providing support throughout North America. S&A plans to continually grow the U.S. team, strengthening its foothold in the market.
