Simms & Associates (S&A) is a dynamic consulting firm with a global footprint, serving multi-national clients in North America and Europe. Originally founded in Spain, our diverse team of consultants and project managers now operate across various countries and specialise in multinational HCM and WFM implementations across the Retail and Manufacturing sectors. Our aggressive growth is based on continuously onboarding new technologies in the HCM space to our portfolio, expanding our global presence, and ensuring the highest quality service for our international clients.

This role is crucial to our expansion in Europe, reporting directly into our VP of EMEA Sales to execute our sales strategy. Working in a fast-paced environment, it requires you to be self-driven and result oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and new business opportunities in strategic accounts.
  • Qualify and nurture potential clients, managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business prospects.
  • Develop and present sales proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Europe.
  • 5+ years of experience in the HCM and/or WFM sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Iberian market
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and present to business leaders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, along with strong listening abilities.
  • Proven track record of working autonomously, managing priorities, and planning complex tasks in dynamic settings.
  • A results-driven approach with a history of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client interactions.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems and products.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot) and office software.
