Our website doesn’t use cookies or scripts that were designed to track the websites you visit. We don’t use analytics or native social media ‘like’ or ‘sharing’ buttons which also build profiles of your internet activity.
We ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number if you reach out to us directly whether by email, via the Contact Us button on our website or through LinkedIn.
We request more personal and business data if you contract our services. These items will be outlined in your Service Agreement and Data Processor Agreement.
Where we store your information
When you contact us by email, via the Contact Us button on our website or LinkedIn, your information is stored within Asana, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
When you contract our services, the details surrounding how we store your personal and business data are outlined within the Data Processor Agreement that is included as part of your Service Agreement.
What we use your information for
We occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our products and services. When we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications by replying to the email with the word ‘Unsubscribe’ and we won’t send them to you again. We might also email or phone you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t get in touch again. We will use your information to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.
The use of personal and business data we collect and process when you contract our services will be handled in accordance with all current data protection and privacy laws and regulations which will be detailed out in your Service Agreement and Data Processor Agreement.
Who has access to your information
When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team have access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.
The steps we take to keep your information private
Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it. We utilize OneDrive and SharePoint for document retention which are password protected and required to be reset twice a year to a unique password.
The computers we use are all password protected and are required to be locked when the user is not at the computer.
Period of retention
We keep your contact information only for as long as it is necessary to do so, either in relation to the purpose for which we obtained it or in relation to applicable legislation.
The termination of personal and business data obtained within the scope of the Service Agreement is detailed within the Data Processor Agreement.
Your rights
You are entitled to:
- receive information as to the information and/or personal/business data we have registered about you and to correct any inaccuracies
- receive a copy of the information and/or personal/business data that we hold about you
- obtain the deletion of your personal data if the data is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected or if the processing is unlawful

- receive your information and/or personal/business data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have your information and/or personal/business data transferred directly to another data controller, if it is technically feasible to do so
