Senior Solution Consultant – North America

Simms & Associates is a leading Global UKG implementation partner. We are looking to strengthen our North American team with a Senior Solution Consultant as we expand our footprint within Canada and the U.S.  

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable working in a remote-first environment. You are customer-centric and analytical, have at least5 years of experience with UKG, have at least 5 years of experience working with UKG solutions and have substantial UKG Workforce Dimensions experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead data gathering workshops, defining and documenting business processes, requirements, gap analysis and solution design 
  • Identify opportunities for development and support customers throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Facilitate complex working sessions for both internal and client teams to understand customer policies/procedures 
  • Design a solution that best suits a customer’s needs, and make recommendations for changes to help them to adopt industry-recommended practices
  • Provide mentorship and share knowledge with our team 
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% annually

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a professional services role with experience in solution design, business structure development, and configuration of UKG Dimensions.
  • Broad knowledge of labor management, HCM, scheduling, leave, and attendance
  • Adept at developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively articulate overall design solution
  • B.A. / B.S. degree, with a focus in business or Information technology; or equivalent experience
  • Must be certified in UKG Dimensions
