Solution Architect – UKG Advanced Scheduling

Simms & Associates is a leading Global UKG implementation partner. We are looking to strengthen our North American team with a Solution Architect to share their expertise in Advanced Scheduling with our customers and our growing team of consultants. 

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable working in a remote-first environment. You are customer-centric and analytical, have at least 5 years of experience with UKG solutions and have substantial UKG Workforce Dimensions and Advanced Scheduling expertise.  You also have a reputation for forming strong team relationships and assisting colleagues. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert advisor for the UKG Dimensions Advanced Scheduler module
  • Lead complex working sessions with both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailoring these to meet client-specific needs
  • Understand our client’s current state and use your expert knowledge to define their future state
  • Document customer solutions, including system configuration and recommended business process change/improvements
  • Summarize and present findings clearly and in a concise way to client teams at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and C-level
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members
  • Participate in and contribute to pre-sales activities
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% annually

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling solutions with at least 3 years of experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions 
  • Experience working with customers who have both UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions would be strongly preferred 
  • Experience leading client discussions, documenting requirements, and communicating recommended changes and improvements verbally and in written form 
  • Experienced in creating strategic communication pieces for executive-level audiences
