Our diverse team of consultants and project managers operates across various countries and specialises in multinational software implementations.

We are looking to strengthen our North American team with a UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Integration Consultant as we expand our footprint within Canada and the U.S.

About the role

S&A Integration Consultants are at the forefront of offering tailor made integrations, automations, reporting, and support, working hand in hand with the project team towards successful implementations. They use their expert knowledge of our product suite to formulate solutions that provide maximum benefit for our customers and business.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption.
  • Discover and analyze client integration requirements and processes.
  • Create usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents.
  • Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured integrations.
  • Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and within budget.
  • Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and related documentation.
  • Support existing integrations for ongoing support clients.

Qualifications

  • Boomi Developer Certification and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Boomi Integration Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with integrating a Workforce Management system.
  • UKG Workforce Central or Dimensions (Pro WFM) module configuration experience
  • Ability to deploy UKG integration templates and modify them as needed.
  • Support UKG Workforce Central WIM and Dimensions (PRO WFM) integrations.
  • Boomi certification and UKG Dimensions Integration Consulting Training completed.
  • Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently without daily supervision.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
