Global Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Our diverse team of consultants and project managers operates across various countries and specialises in multinational software implementations.

We are looking to strengthen our Marketing team with a Global Marketing & Communications Coordinator.

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a junior or medior professional with a passion for internal communications, events, sales enablement, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate closely with our global marketing team.

Key responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Assist in the creation of engaging internal newsletters, updates, and announcements.
  • Support the management of internal communication channels to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Develop internal marketing materials to enhance employee engagement.

Events

  • Webinars & Virtual Events: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of online events.
  • In-Person Events: Support the organisation of trade shows, conferences, and internal company events.
  • Assist with event logistics, communication, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

Sales Enablement

  • Maintain and update sales presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral to support the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing materials for RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
  • Support the organisation of internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training materials for sales teams.

Website & Social Media Management

  • Assist in maintaining and updating content on the company website.
  • Support the management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and help optimise content for better reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English (written and verbal) or vice versa is essential.
  • A passion for marketing, events, and internal communications, with some experience or internship experience in these areas.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, or WordPress is a plus.
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude, comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
