Simms & Associates is thrilled to announce a significant addition to our leadership team with the appointment of Craig Salmon as our new Executive Vice President of Global Delivery. Craig’s arrival marks an important step in our ongoing growth as we continue to enhance our global HCM and WFM capabilities and strengthen our leadership to better serve customers worldwide.
Expanding the Global Leadership
Craig Salmon brings over two decades of experience from UKG (formerly Kronos), where he most recently served as Practice Director for the UK & Ireland, in addition to managing global accounts. His career spans technical consulting, program management, and global strategy—expertise that makes him an invaluable addition to our organisation. In his new role, Craig will ensure seamless delivery and drive continued growth in our Global UKG Practice, which already has deep local expertise in both North America and EMEA.
