About Us

Simms & Associates (S&A) is an advisory consulting and systems implementation firm with proven expertise in delivering enterprise software and system integration projects internationally.

The company’s professional services span the full project cycle from requirements’ identification, to implementation, change management, user support, evaluation and continuous improvement.

20+ years global experience including projects in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, India, the U.K., Spain, Australia, & New Zealand. Our boutique size, coupled with enterprise capabilities allows us to focus on each customer’s individual needs, providing dedicated support and guidance.

CEO, AMANDA SIMMS

Originally from Canada, Amanda was born and raised in Vancouver. She began working with Kronos there as a Retail Consultant; after which she joined their Centre of Expertise and moved to the US. Based in New York, Amanda worked as a Senior Retail consultant in the US, EU, and UK as well as Latin America and India. She then spent four years in Sydney, leading Kronos’ Retail & Hospitality Practice in Australia & New Zealand.

Having helped establish a strong local Retail Consulting practice in Australia Amanda decided to move closer to her family, which were now primarily in Europe, and saw an opportunity to take her Retail WFM expertise closer to ‘home’.

In 2016 she made the decision to open Simms & Associates in Madrid. Since then, she has worked with leading Retailers in Europe and has doubled her team in the past two years. The S&A team continues to grow and is currently expanding their services globally.

WHO IS THE S&A TEAM?

We are a team of over 18 dedicated consultants. Collectively, we speak over 10 languages and have worked on global projects in Canada, the U.S., Latin America, the E.U., the U.K., New Zealand and many other countries.
